At Die Pretty LLC, we want you to get your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This does not include transit time. During high-volume launches or sales, processing times may be extended. We work hard to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible without compromising the Die Pretty quality you expect.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select. Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Die Pretty LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend using a secure delivery location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Pre-Orders & Launch Items

If you purchase a pre-order or launch item, please note the estimated ship date in the product description. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship when all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
